These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bebbe AI Baby Translator & Tracker (“App”) provided by Bebbe.io (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any login or purchase credentials associated with the App.

2. Intended Use & Medical Disclaimer

The App provides guidance based on patterns and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always seek the advice of qualified health professionals regarding your baby’s health.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid features may be offered via in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple and Google. We do not process payments directly.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.
• Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security.

5. Content & IP

The App, brand assets, characters, text, and UI are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.

7. Data & Service Availability

We strive for high availability but the App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice when feasible.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and can cancel subscriptions through the App Store / Google Play settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of Istanbul (Anadolu) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the App or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
